Customer Service

Honest communication and a cooperative approach direct our interactions to meet our customers’ needs.

Accountability

We are accountable to our customers, our suppliers, and each other. By retaining ownership of both our challenges and our successes, we internalize the effort to accomplish. We do not grow by placing blame; rather, we examine the circumstance with honesty, seeking counsel, and finding ways to prevent mishaps in the future.

Results

The measure of our success is delivering the right parts at the right time while exceeding our customers’ expectations.

Excellence

We cannot achieve our goals by doing “just enough.” We must transcend the conventional wisdom and find those answers that no one else thought of. We must do this while embracing the other core values and bringing to market a unique and extraordinary service.

History

Flip Electronics was established in 2015, formed by industry experts with extensive experience with a desire to build a totally different kind of company.

Our company created a unique stocking program that provides our customers with select inventory that fulfills the most challenging needs of the supply chain. Our development of our “Middle Inventory” model focuses on securing parts that are in short supply and high demand as well as products that are EOL or obsolete.

Our relationships with major semiconductor manufacturers and global franchise distributors have benefited our suppliers and customers alike. Our leadership has gathered the best people in our industry who believe in our mission, hold our values, and see the same vision. The results have created the fastest growing “specialty distributor” in the nation.

Flip serves multiple market sectors, including military/defense, medical, automotive, test and instrument, industrial, and consumer electronics.
